Jacob loved Joseph more than all his sons because he was a son of his old age.
Jacob made an ornamented tunic for Joseph.
He did not make an ornamented tunic for Reuben and not for Judah and not for all the brothers.
For Joseph Jacob made an ornamented tunic because he loved him more than all his sons.
Joseph's brothers did not love Joseph. The hated him. They hated him because he told his father what they did in the field, and they hated him because of the ornamented tunic.
